Détails

It would be nice if the window position of a newly
opened TeraTerm window would be slightly offset so
it does not completely cover a previously opened
session.

Realterm (a terminal program at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/realterm
which specializes on low level protocol debugging)
opens a new window slightly lower and sligthly shifted
to the right.

Thanks for TeraTerm!)

Greetings,
Frieder

The window position is saved at VTPos entry into
teraterm.ini.
To leave the position to Windows, please set VTPos to "-
2147483648,-2147483648"

Hi maya-san,

I think that VTPos entry need not be saved in teraterm.ini
file because it seems that this is bug for user.

Hi frief,

"Save setup" command saved the window position to
teraterm.ini.
But the latest code stopped saving it to
teraterm.ini. "Save setup" will not overwrite the VTPos
entry. Your setting "-2147483648,-2147483648" is kept.

Thanks, and sorry for taking so long to respond.
Tested with the 20070828 snapshot and it is fine:)

Doesn't work for me - have tried changing VTPos values using notepad - moving the window a bit, but not logically as far as I can see. How could I find the actual VTPos values for the position I wish to locate the window, please.
