バージョン4.53から4.55にかけてですが、tail -f ログファ
イル名を使用すると、カレント行辺りに.（ピリオド）が
徐々に表示されていきます（時間の経過とともに）。

4.52まではこのような現象は発生していません。

環境：
HP-UX 11 <-- WindowsXP Professional SP2
