Whenever trying to use any item in Setup Menu, no config Window is showing up. TT is not usable this way.

Environment: Win7/64, all latest updates

After some analysis following status: Problem is that after selecting menuitems like Setup-> Serial Port TTPDLG.DLL fails to load with error 1114. Not sure yet why ...
