Tera Term 4.103 から、 Active Window Tracking を有効にしている場合に、 マウスカーソルが Tera Term のウィンドウ内に移動しても、ウィンドウが アクティブ化されなくなってしまいました。

Windows 10 64bit にて確認、他の OS バージョンでも発生するかどうかは未確認です。
