After I use ssh to log in to the remote server and save the configuration (including checking the option to save the password), the next time I choose to log in to this server last time, I will still be asked to enter the user name and password, and the historical input record is still not saved.
**save the configuration** means "Setup - Save setup" menu?
To save username for SSH, set user name in "TTSSH: Authentication Setup" dialog, and "Setup - Save setup".
**checking the option to save the password** means "Remember password in memory" checkbox in "TTSSH: Authentication" dialog or "TTSSH: Authentication Setup" dialog?
'in **memory**' is the answer. The remembered password is used for "File - Duplicate session." Tera Term doesn't save the password to configuration file.
