ウィンドウ設定のカラーを変更して「設定の保存」
を実行し、保存したファイルにてTTermを実行すると、
保存した内容ではないウィンドウの状態になる。

症状としては、
・文字変換(UTF-8)がうまくいかないため文字化け
・ウィンドウサイズが設定していないサイズになる
・カラーが設定していないものになる
など

Tera Term が設定ファイルを読めていないように見えます。

どこになんというファイル名で保存されたでしょうか？
