XKeymacs 2.55 において、
Microsoft Word 2002 以降を使用しているときに、
IME を使用していても IME 用の設定ではなく
Word 用の設定が適用される。

Microsoft Word 2002 以降では、
WM_IME_STARTCOMPOSITION と WM_IME_ENDCOMPOSITION が、
CallWindowProc や GetMsgProc へ通知されないのが原因。
