秀丸エディッタ用簡易shebangやマジックコメント解釈マクロ

秀丸エディッタで、いわゆるマジックコメントやshebangに記載の内容を解釈して実行する簡易マクロ。

自動起動マクロに設定すると、ファイルごとにそのファイルに記載の内容を実行できる。
たとえば、タブの文字数などの設定をファイルを開くときに変更できたり、ファイルを閉じるときにバージョン管理システムにコミットするなど。

他のエディッタで使われているマジックコメント(形式)の解釈もがんばりたい。
