This release does not pass UTF-8 encoded text in
STRING atoms, and includes improved table layout
code, missing attributes to the HTML code, support
for sub, sup, and strike elements, hooks to
gnome-spell for spelling, renaming of idl and
oafinfo to be in line with the new naming
conventions, a new interface in editor control for
issuing editor commands, and a new component to
support simple browsing tasks.
