The way that WinCE/Win32 handles buffers was
rewritten, so it works much faster and better
under WinCE. A new WinCE test app was added, and
has been tested under PocketPC 2003 and Smartphone
2003 (EVC4). The corrected Intent VP qcall
prototypes were merged in template.asx. The
documentation was updated.
